About Me
Hi, I'm Lisa. I'm a women's health physical therapist (physiotheraI began my professional journey working in an outpatient pain rehab clinic in Tel Hashomer hospital, as part of a multidisciplinary team. That experience has pushed me in the direction of striving to better understand the mind-body-spirit connection, while also being the best clinician I could be. With years of academic and practical physical therapy experience, I now focus my efforts on supporting women's health through different stages of life. From helping teens better understand their bodies through workshops, to treating pelvic concerns during pregnancy and postpartum, and on to menopause and post-menopausal years. My mission is to help women heal from pelvic-related challenges, as well as to help them understand and love their bodies. It is every woman's right to live in a body that's as healthy and functional as possible, and it's my honor to be a part of helping women achieve that.
In addition to physical therapy, I also facilitate women's circles, holding the space to connect with others in a meaningful and deep way as well as teaching women to connect with themselves.
Some of my certifications outside physical therapy include lactation counseling, childbirth education, and Holistic Pelvic Care TM.
I provide the highest standards of treatment and patient care and am committed to my client's health and long-term wellness.
